Plenty to do right on our doorstep… and further afield
The Pandora is in a stunning position on Restronguet Creek, right on the South West Coast Path. Whether you are into walking, boating, cycling, or just sitting and relaxing, there’s plenty to keep you happy!
Places to stay
Cornwall is blessed with lots of great places to stay. We’ve included a few local ones that we know of. If you’d like to recommend some that you’ve stayed at, we’d be very happy to hear your suggestions, simply drop us an email with the details.
As well as stunning natural beauty, Cornwall has the South West Coast Path and lots of wonderful heritage! The South West Coast Path is the longest of the country’s National Trails, with a length of 630 miles/1014 km. It follows the coastline of England’s South West Peninsula.
We have commissioned outdoor writer, Sue Viccars, (who specialises in walks in the South West), to write up four walks for us. To help reduce parking congestion and to give you a more interesting day out, the walks all start from the car park (free) at Mylor Bridge, and bring you past the Pandora Inn as part of your circular walk. Plenty of time to work up a thirst and an appetite!
With its creeks, estuaries and winding country roads, transport in Cornwall is always something of an adventure whether on foot, by water or two or four wheels! We’ve listed a few local transport options here but again, if you can recommend any other good local services, drop us an email!
Cornwall is a fantastic part of the world to visit, and we have listed just a few attractions further afield. What are your favourites? Let us know, and we’ll add them to the list.
