The Pandora Inn has been selected as one of the Finalists in the Tourism Pub of the Year category of this year’s South West Tourism Excellence Awards – the region’s ‘grand final’ in tourism awards.

“To have been named as a Finalist is a huge achievement, especially in England’s top tourism region,” said Steve Bellman who, alongside John Milan, has been at the helm of the Pandora Inn since 1999. “The Pandora has racked up a terrific number of awards over the years which means maintaining consistently high standards across the board in terms of service, food and drink. The team, led by Managers Catherine and Lester Croft work incredibly hard and deserve all the accolades they receive,” he added.

This year saw a record of 651 entries, and a team of 51 judges undertook a record 472 visits to entrants. The awards ceremony will be in February 2019 where the Pandora is guaranteed to come away with a Gold, Silver or Bronze, so fingers crossed!
