As part of our on-going commitment to make the Pandora accessible to as many people as possible, we have now added a portable induction hearing loop. This handy little device helps hearing impaired people who use a hearing aid or loop listener to hear sounds more clearly by reducing or cutting out background noise. If you need any help, please just ask a member of our staff.
Did you also know that our core menu and wine list are available in different formats? We have produced large print and Braille versions of our menu. In addition, our staff are also happy to read out the menu and specials boards if that’s more convenient for you.
We have tried to make the Pandora itself as accessible as possible – with a disabled parking bay right outside the main entrance to the pub, plus a wheelchair accessible toilet.
For customers with special dietary requirements, we have an informative section about allergens on our menu and we clearly mark gluten-free and vegetarian options on our menu and wine list. Our staff are familiar with all the dishes on the menu and will be happy to discuss choices with you and allergen data sheets are available at the bar.
A number of our team have attended or taken part in specific training for assisting customers with a variety of access needs.
If you think there’s more we could do, or we’ve missed something obvious, do please let us know. We value your feedback and want to make all your visits to the Pandora memorable experiences – for all the right reasons!
