The Pandora Inn has been named as a finalist in the Tourism Pub of the Year category in the 2017/18 Cornwall Tourism Awards and is guaranteed a bronze, silver or gold award. An impressive achievement in itself, it is also incredibly the seventh successive year that the pub will pick up an award in this prestigious tourism event.
“By my reckoning, we have won nine awards stretching back to 2005 of either bronze, silver or gold in the Tourism Pub of the Year category, so basically we have gained an award every time we have entered,” says Steve Bellman who, with John Milan, has been at the helm of the Pandora Inn since 1999.
“It is a terrific achievement for the team here at the Pandora as it shows how consistently high our standards are in all areas – food, drink, service and of course attracting visitors to our area. The team here, lead by managers Catherine and Lester Croft, should be very proud of what they have achieved.”
So, it’s fingers crossed until the awards ceremony on 2nd November 2017 to see what level of award we have won!
