Eat locally sourced food in our cosy pub or by the water
Dining at the Pandora is a real treat. Not only is food served all day, but you have lots of choices where to eat it too! Inside, the ground floor of the pub has plenty of cosy nooks and corners with plenty of secluded areas for you to dine. Outside you can eat at tables overlooking the water’s edge, or dine ‘on the water’ itself – seated on our pontoon. Back inside, the Upper Deck dining room is a beautiful vaulted space that can accommodate larger groups and parties.
The Pandora Inn has an extensive award-winning menu that changes with the seasons. We have a specials board that changes daily and always features fresh, local fish. Whether you want a sandwich, a light bite or the full-three courses, you’ll find something to whet your appetite.
Head Chef, John Poole, has lived and worked in the area all his life and has been with the Pandora Inn for five years. He is a huge fan of buying local and feels privileged to have access to such great local produce and the support of local suppliers.
At the Pandora, we believe in keeping it local. We only buy from suppliers based in Cornwall or Devon ensuring that we support employment locally. You will find all our suppliers listed on our menu and daily specials sheet so you can support them too.
Our kitchen uses ingredients that may contain the 14 notifiable allergens – Cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soya beans, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphites, lupin and molluscs. Every effort is made to minimise the risk of cross-contamination of ingredients but this cannot be guaranteed. All fish dishes may contain bones.
Data sheets listing the ingredients of the products we serve are available at the bar. Please ask a member of our team if you would like to see this.
Food hygiene is extremely important to us. We were awarded the highest rating by the Food Standards Agency at our last assessment.
