Walk to The Pandora
WATERSIDE WALKS FROM THE PANDORA
The Pandora has long been a favourite stop for walkers exploring Restronguet Creek, Mylor and the surrounding countryside. To make planning easier, a series of circular walks were created by outdoor writer Sue Viccars, with routes designed to start away from the inn to help reduce parking pressure at busy times. The walks bring you past The Pandora as part of the route, giving you the perfect excuse to pause for lunch, a pint or a drink on the pontoon.
The circular routes range from around 3.5 to 5.5 miles, with additional linking routes from alternative start points, so you can choose a gentle stroll or a longer day out.
Arrive by water
ARRIVING BY WATER IS PART OF THE MAGIC
The Pandora has its own mooring pontoon directly outside the inn, making it possible to arrive by boat, dinghy, paddleboard or kayak, subject to tide and conditions. It is one of the most memorable ways to experience Restronguet Creek, with the journey becoming part of the visit itself.
Loe Beach is approximately two miles from The Pandora by water, with slipways and access points available around the creek. Guests planning to travel by water should always check local conditions, tides and suitable access before setting off.

Private boat trips
MAKE THE JOURNEY PART OF THE OCCASION
For celebrations, family days out or something a little different, private skippered boat trips are a wonderful way to explore the waters around Falmouth, Mylor, St Mawes, the Fal and the Helford before stopping at The Pandora.
Falmouth Bay Tailored Tours offers private skippered speed boat trips for groups of up to seven, with dog-friendly options and routes shaped around the weather, season and occasion. Trips usually run from Mylor Yacht Harbour, with possible pick-ups from Falmouth or St Mawes available at additional cost.
