Tom Milby, the new chef and business partner at The Pandora Inn, brings a wealth of experience and deep-rooted connection to the establishment. His career in catering began at The Pandora over a decade ago, where he steadily worked his way up to the position of head chef. Since then, Tom has gone on to make a name for himself as both owner and chef at The Waterside in Flushing, earning a reputation for his creative menus and commitment to quality. His return to The Pandora marks an exciting new chapter, combining his culinary expertise with a passion for the place where his journey began.
The menu will showcase seasonal ingredients from local fishmongers and independent farmers.
